We don't build websites. We build the systemsthat run companies.

We build the systems your company runs on: accounting that closes the month accurately, AI automation that removes manual work, and apps and platforms your team and customers rely on every day. The code is yours from day one.

What we actually built

Systems, apps and identities we built — for our clients and for our own products.

RahmaCare — healthcare in the family's hands

A Flutter app for managing a family's health with AI assistance: initial triage, regular follow-up, and an experience built around the person before the screen. The product is in development.

How we workكيف نعمل

Four stages. No surprises.

One path for every project — you always know what is happening now and what comes next.

  1. 01 · Agreed upfront

    Diagnosis

We sit with your real process before a line of code: who does what, with which tool, and how long it takes. We come out with a scope, risk and honest timeline document — yours to keep even if we never continue together.

  2. 02 · Set in the scope document

    Design & architecture

We map the data, how the system connects to yours, and who sees what, and you sign it off before we build. Fixing a design mistake here costs an hour; three months later it costs a rebuild.

  3. 03 · A release every week

    Build & ship

Weekly increments on a live environment you can see yourself — not slide decks. Automated tests stop regressions, and every release passes a performance and accessibility budget.

  4. 04 · An agreed care period

    Handover & care

Full handover of the code, the docs, the deployment accounts and the database. An agreed care period, then an optional maintenance contract — we never make your system's survival depend on it.

Ahmed Ashraf، Founder & Chief Engineer

Founder's note

I started in 2018 from Gaza with a mobile phone and a slow connection. The goal was never just to have work; it was to prove that an Arab engineer can build systems measured by the global standard — not by a lenient local one. That is still the measure we hold everything we ship against.

Before you get in touch

If your question is not here, ask us on WhatsApp — we usually reply within working hours.

How long does an enterprise system take?

It depends on scope. We build in increments you can see for yourself on a live environment, and the timeline is set in the scope document after diagnosis — we don't quote a number before we've seen the work. If anything changes, we tell you immediately.

Do I own the code after handover?

Yes, entirely. We hand over the repository, the documentation, the deployment accounts and the database. We keep no key that forces you to stay with us.

Do you work with clients outside Palestine?

Yes. We serve clients in 14 countries; the work is fully remote with regular meetings and a shared tracking board.

Does Smart Accountant replace the accountant?

No. It replaces the repetitive manual work: entering invoices, posting routine entries, reconciling balances. The accounting judgement and the review stay human — and the system is designed to make that review easier, not to bypass it.

How do you handle support after launch?

Every delivery comes with an agreed care period for defects, and an optional maintenance contract afterwards. We never make your system's survival depend on that contract.

Do you take over stalled projects from another team?

Yes. We start with a blunt technical audit: what works, what must be rebuilt, and the cost of each path. Sometimes our recommendation is not to rebuild — and we say so.
