Using the site
You may browse the site and quote its articles with attribution. You may not copy the design, the code or the content wholesale to republish under another name.
Ownership of what we deliver
What we build for a client belongs entirely to that client on completion of payment: the code repository, the documentation, the deployment accounts and the database. We keep no key that makes staying with us compulsory. Open-source libraries remain under their original licences.
Case studies
We publish no client name and no screenshot of their system without written permission. What you see on the work page is either a product we own or work we were permitted to publish. If you are a client and want to withdraw permission, tell us and we remove it.
Published numbers
The public numbers on this site are cryptographically signed and can be checked on the verification page. We correct them when they change and re-sign them. If you find a number you cannot verify, tell us.
No implied warranty on content
The articles and engineering guides here are experience we share, not professional advice for your situation. Your architectural or financial decision is your responsibility — and we are glad to discuss it with you on a call.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We accept no liability for interruption or error in the free content published here. Our liability towards clients is defined solely in the contract signed with them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the company's seat, and disputes are resolved amicably first, then before the competent forum stated in the contract.
