Four principles we refuse to trade away
The client owns it
Code, data and deployment accounts are handed over in full. We keep no key that makes staying with us compulsory.
Arabic is not a translation
We design right-to-left from the start: the typography, the numerals, the dates, and the whole visual flow.
Accessibility is a condition, not a feature
Everything we build is tested with a keyboard and a screen reader. Someone who cannot use the product was not built for.

He started in 2018 from Gaza with a mobile phone. He learned to program under siege, then turned individual skill into an engineering company in 2021.
I started in 2018 from Gaza with a mobile phone and a slow connection. The goal was never just to have work; it was to prove that an Arab engineer can build systems measured by the global standard — not by a lenient local one.
The first fifty dollars were less a fee than a proof that skill outruns geography. And when the solo work became an engineering house in 2021, the only condition was that the standards stay the same: documentation, code review, and contractual responsibility.
Today an engineering team serves clients in 14 countries, and much of it came from the Academy we built to keep our standards alive. That is still the measure we hold everything we ship against.

Tools we know by heart

Language
Its types vanish at runtime. Anything crossing a system boundary is validated again with zod, not trusted because it type-checked.

Frontend
It re-renders by default. Long lists need virtualisation, not more memo.
Flutter
Mobile
It does not feel like iOS by default. Curves, overscroll and touch targets are decisions you make by hand, or the user feels the difference.

Single-threaded: heavy computation stalls every request behind it. It belongs in a queue or a worker.

Database
An index is skipped once you wrap its column in a function. And VACUUM is not a detail on a heavily-updated table.

It does not hide SQL — which is why we chose it. What you cannot write in SQL you will not write here either.

It is wrong with total confidence. So it never holds a final decision: one tool, one permission, one output checked before anything is written.

Testing
It catches what the screen shows, not what the code claims. A flaky test is worse than no test: it teaches the team to ignore red.

Fast to start, and its security rules are the whole application. They get written and tested, never left open "for now".

The edge is stateless: no long-lived database connection, no file on disk, no memory that survives two requests.

The design file is not the source of truth. The tokens in code are, or the two drift apart in silence.

The standard says what, not how. Isolation, rounding and exchange rates are decisions we make, document, and answer for.
