You build the heart of Smart Accountant: the ledger engine, posting, and multi-tenant isolation on three layers. Precision here is not a feature — it is the condition.

What you'll do

  • Designing data schemas and migrations that can be reviewed and reverted
  • Writing accounting logic where no unbalanced entry passes
  • Building multi-tenant isolation at the route, storage and row level
  • Reviewing your colleagues' code, and accepting theirs on yours

What we need

  • PostgreSQL in depth: transactions, isolation levels, indexing and query plans
  • TypeScript on the server with schema validation on every request
  • Automated tests you write before the feature, not after
  • The ability to explain an architectural decision in writing

What you'll do

  • Turning Figma files into pixel-accurate interfaces with full Arabic support
  • Building local storage and sync when the network returns
  • Watching the frame and bundle budget on every release
  • Publishing to both stores and handling the review

What we need

  • Flutter with clean state management (Riverpod or Bloc) that survives growth
  • A working understanding of right-to-left — not just flipping a flag
  • Widget and integration tests
  • An eye for detail: motion curves, scroll bounce and touch timing

Applied AI engineer

You build agents that carry out real tasks inside client systems — with written permission boundaries and measured evaluation before every launch.

What you'll do

  • Defining the task, the permission boundary and the tool design
  • Building knowledge systems that cite the source in every answer
  • Building evaluation sets from real data and measuring accuracy before release
  • Designing human stopping points at every financial or legal effect

What we need

  • Hands-on experience building agents or RAG systems that reached real users
  • Python or TypeScript, and the ability to measure what you build rather than describe it
  • An understanding of cost and latency as engineering constraints
  • Healthy scepticism: you know when a task does not need an agent at all

Product designer (Arabic-first)

You design Arabic interfaces that are measured, not estimated: measured contrast, tuned typography, and design tokens that reach the code.

What you'll do

  • Designing systems rather than screens: tokens, components and states
  • Tuning Arabic typography — spacing, joining and diacritics
  • Measuring contrast and accessibility before handover, not after
  • Working inside the repository: you read the code and push CSS changes yourself

What we need

  • A portfolio with at least one Arabic design system in it
  • Figma with components and variables, not scattered frames
  • Reading HTML/CSS with confidence — even if you never write JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of WCAG

What you'll do

  • Reviewing weekly submissions with written notes
  • One weekly session discussing an architectural decision
  • Proposing curriculum improvements from what you see repeat

  • Real production experience in the track you mentor
  • The ability to explain «why», not only «how»
  • Patience and clear language

A 30-minute call

We talk about that project specifically: why that decision, and what you would change about it today.

A paid practical task

A task from our real work, with a sensible time limit, and paid. We do not ask for free labour.

A decision within a week

We answer yes or no with a written reason. If it is no, we say precisely what was missing.
