The challengeالتحدّي

The problem we came to solve

The cashback apps people see advertised don't serve Gaza, and aren't built Arabic-first. The idea: a wallet where shoppers get back part of what they pay at local merchants, and which works on weak connections.

  • Arabic right-to-left interface on every screen, with a dark mode
  • A complete user journey: one-time-code sign-in, onboarding, wallet, QR payment, coupons and offers
  • Separate interfaces for merchants, accountants, support and admins
  • A progressive web app with an offline page, plus a package ready for the app stores

What we decided — and why

One codebase

A single Flutter app holding 27 mobile routes and 10 desktop dashboards, with go_router navigation and Riverpod state.

Services before the server

Service contracts (wallet, merchants, coupons, cashback) are defined as interfaces and currently run on a sample-data repository until the real backend is connected.

Two roads to the stores

A publishing package documents two routes: wrapping the progressive web app for Google Play, or a native Flutter build for Android and iOS.
